Is no HUSTLE, a bad thing during CORONA scare?

Sitting on the work table, sipping on that coffee you just made a while ago trying to hit the keys, is not so exciting anymore? Do you feel the FEAR OF MISSING OUT, catching up slowly in so many dreadful ways that you can imagine!

As you gently or mindlessly scroll down any feed you see thousand of things every day, so many live webinars happening across the world, your friends learning new recipes, experimenting with new styles of art, or living every moment in the most productive way. As if this was not enough, your to-do list stares at you from across your screen, making you even more anxious and giddy in temper.

Is sitting calm or just laying down causing you anxiety? Does it tick your pulse each time you scroll past something awesome or innovative, and your blood flushes to your toes? We are often brought to think that not being able to stick to a routine is a lack of discipline and one must be disciplined to avoid anxiety. Sometimes, we are so tamed in the thoughts of most commonly followed principles, that we tend to forget to analyze what our heart wants.

I write this article, in the urge to try and build a synchronized mind, body, and soul, in short, I am writing this article to support Mental Health in times of avidly spread pandemic scare. We often forget that of all the things lethal to our life, our psychological unrest is on top. We need to take good care of ourselves, which involves not doing certain things and nicely swept in doing a few others.

When you feel going online on social media is making you anxious, weary of confidence- You could just stop using them and relax. It is okay to not do anything productive for a while and it is more than realistic to not develop a new hobby whilst everyone is doing it. This is not a race, it is just our life under a slowdown. We never know, being just yourself could be helping a lot of people in numerous ways.

The world will get back at its pace and run super fast too, you would not if you won't take care of yourself now. So, don’t worry if you are unable to pursue your hobby or find a new one. Just take that seconds of the quarantine’s clock and make the most of it for yourself.

Remember, self-care is wonderful and well placed over anything else
